The primordial olive tree, with its deep roots, has blessed us with its fruit since the dawn of time. These olives are harvested and milled with reverence, nourishing both body and soul.

The warm, rich clay of the earth and the gnarled, ancient wood of the olive tree come together to create a vessel worthy of holding liquid gold. Every bottle of Éteo is a fine work of art, meticulously hand-crafted from porcelain and olive wood. These materials, borrowed from Gaia herself, were used by our Hellenic forefathers to store their treasured olive oil. The porcelain or ceramic protects the oil from sunlight and air, preserving its delicate aroma and flavor in its purest form.

The sacred olive tree symbolizes longevity and the eternal link between man and earth. Each bottle cap is hand-carved from these ancient trees, with knots and twists running through the wood like a lattice of veins. Much like the ever-changing waves of the Aegean, no two pieces of wood are alike, making every bottle of Éteo unique and genuine.

Our Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made from the Koroneiki variety, is Greece’s most famous olive, recognized for its low acidity and unique sensory engagement.
