This is the traditional gorgonzola, tasty and full of flavour, undisputed pride of the Italian dairy. Bontazola Piccante is a blue cheese, with compact paste and typical green veins.
Made with whole milk, it is treated at a higher temperature than the Creamy gorgonzola and it is matured for at least 90 days. Its intense flavour and strong aroma makes it a great table cheese suitable for connoisseurs.
