Produced from a green tea of remarkable quality, mixed with fresh jasmine flowers until the tea is imbued with their delicate perfume. Of a fine liquor, this fusion makes an excellent accompaniment to Chinese cuisine. In China, the genuine country of jasmine teas, the scented teas with fresh jasmine flowers process of manufacture wants the flowers to be removed once the enfleurage stage has been completed. The dry flowers that adorn some jasmine teas are added at the end of preparation do not contribute in any way to the flowery aromatic power of these teas.
