Established in 1962 in Saint-Laurent-d'Agny, the Sicoly cooperative (SIca des Coteaux du Lyonnais) arose from collaborative efforts among producers aiming to showcase their fruit in the French market. With over 120 partners cultivating 600 hectares of orchards, the cooperative annually harvests 10,000 tonnes of premium fresh fruit. Over time, Sicoly has demonstrated adaptability and innovation, venturing into frozen fruit activities in 1978 due to an abundance of raspberries. This endeavor flourished with the introduction of frozen fruit purees in 1979, leading to the creation of the subsidiary Sica Sicodis.

Positioned as a key player in French fresh fruit production, the Sicoly-Sicodis cooperative group serves pastry chefs, caterers, ice cream parlors, and bartenders, offering diverse frozen fruits and processed products such as fruit purees, juices, and IQF fruits. Located in the north of the Rhône valley, the cooperative's orchards span 570 hectares in the Monts et Coteaux du Lyonnais region, renowned for its agricultural quality since Roman times. Prioritizing responsible agriculture, Sicolyimplements techniques to maintain fruit quality and environmental sustainability.
