Scamorzone is an appetizing semi-hard pasta filata cheese, pear-shaped with a head. The paste is elastic and compact, straw yellow inside due to smoking by beech wood.

Scamorzone has an intense smoke scent & taste, a perfectly balanced flavor of milky, savory & slightly sour.

Caseificio Artigiana obtains this cheese from the curdling of pasteurized cow's milk, coming from farms located in the southeast of Bari, collected and prepared daily, with careful tests.
