Delices des 7 Vallees collaborated with Mademoiselle Desserts, a family business that was established in the year 1996. At that period of time, it uses to manufacture mini doughnuts, min muffins and also the famous Christmas shells which is one of the speciality of Hauts-de-France.

Mademoiselle Desserts at the beginning was specializing in the production of raw puff pastry which was later expanded in other countries such as England and the Netherlands.

Today they provide a wide range of flans, tarts, cakes, gluten-free products, and many more!
